Since 1997 we have been in property management in Furness and the South Lakes area

During that time we have built up a large portfolio of good quality properties, established good links with local businesses and the MoD and become known throughout Furness and the South Lakes.

We cover a wide area including Kendal, Barrow, Ulverston, Dalton, Coniston, Cartmel, Broughton and Askam. We are an independent letting agent specialising in high quality rentals.

As letting agents our aim has been to establish a base of good quality homes to rent to good quality tenants.

We offer a professional letting service for UK resident and non-resident owners.

Our view is that the careful selection of tenants and the considerate handling of their tenancies creates an atmosphere in which both they and the owners feel they are getting a 'good deal'.

It is our policy not to take on any property which we feel we could not live in. We are therefore confident when showing properties that they are of a good standard.
