Now into our sixteenth year, we have built up a large portfolio of good quality properties, formed good links with local businesses and the MoD agencies and are well established throughout Furness and the South Lakes.
We are letting agents who cover Barrow, Ulverston, Dalton, Coniston, Cartmel, Broughton, Grange, Kendal and Askam and the surrounding villages. We are an independent business and specialise in high quality rentals. As letting agents our aim has been to establish a base of good quality homes to rent to good quality tenants.
We offer a professional letting service for UK resident and non-resident owners.
Our view is that the careful selection of tenants and the considerate handling of their tenancies creates an atmosphere in which both they and the owners feel they are getting a 'good deal'.
It is our policy not to take on any property which we feel we could not live in ourselves. We are therefore confident when showing properties that they are of a good standard. LANDLORDS - Keys Letting Centre offer the most competitive rates in the area from 9%* commission for managed properties and £375** for let only. TENANTS- don't get ripped off. We charge £125 plus VAT per let for our admin fees. If your application is unsuccessful*, we refund ALL this amount. What's more, if you renew your tenancy for another 6 months there are NO admin fees and there are NO exit fees. In fact, Keys Letting have NO hidden fees. *if you withdraw after submitting your application however, that is not refundable.
LAW & LATEST NEWS sections
Major Changes to the Tenancy Deposit Protection Law took place April 6th 2012. Failure to comply will mean very severe financial penalties. We send our staff on regular training courses and legal update seminars to ensure that we are abreast of the latest regulations, that tenant deposits are properly protected and that our owners cannot be penalised for breaches of the law in any respect.
